New Year, New Faculty

If you are on campus, be sure to welcome our new physics faculty member. Dr. Michael Kroupa is here on a one-year appointment. His office is Science 206, and he is teaching PHYS 101 this term. But he will be teaching upper-level courses winter and spring: Computer Applications, Advanced Lab, and Solid State.

And if you haven't yet met Dr. James van Howe, now in his 2^nd year, be sure to introduce yourself - and ask him if you can splice a fiber!
