Open House- SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!! 10/5

Demos/Leaders- Projectile Motion and Relative Motion (same room) Jess Belle

Drag and Friction- Louis and ?Kristen? Elasticity- Jake (same room)

Rotation- Ossian

Can we get balls from PepsiCo??? Don't know but Carkner volunteered his astronomy toys to the cause, so long as we return them in one piece.



Outings

Homecoming Events

Rope Pull

In 1 week, so next Thursday at PepsiCo. Starts at 7pm.

WE NEED PEOPLE: here is the list so far- Alaina, Mike Jones (h), Kyle, Jake… and hopefully some others

Festival

Jake sent a letter to alums. We will have a table where we will sell caramel apples, and little baby pumpkins with sharpies to draw on. There will be no trebuchet. We need people to sit at the table while the regatta is going on.

Regatta

Alaina and Louis have been working away… the boat is HUGE! Jake and Adam will be riding in it.



Hallowgrams

Found holographic stickers for 11 cents a piece. We will sell a sticker+a note+a fun size candy bar for 50 cents, or with a full size candy bar for $1.

We still need someone to head this up… ie to make the notes that we will put on them, and to book the table for the week of Oct. 14th. Any volunteers?



APOP

The boy scouts meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month 6-7pm, and would like us to entertain their troops. Jake and Alaina will volunteer.



Chicago Trip

The Malcolm X college is putting on the equivalent to our olypics open house and want to know if we could help out. Don't know the time yet, but its on Oct. 18th, which is a Saturday. We want at least 4 people to go to make it worth while (gas wise). Right now we have 2.
